Committed to Excellence

Our GUESTS are very important to us!  All our properties are very well maintained.  If something needs to be repaired, we fix it!  We check on our properties on a regular bases and seek input from our Guests.  In between Guests, our properties are painted, scrubbed from top to bottom and  repairs are done prior to the new Guests moving in. 

 

Upon move-in and throughout your stay with us, if something is not right, we want to know about it.

Paying Rent - Making it Simple and Easy

We make paying Rent simple and easy.  Most of our Guests pay through a variety of electronic payments. Rent may also be paid through check or cash, as well.   Our team makes this process as seamless as possible.

Property Maintenance - Exceeding Expectations

We  pride ourselves in how well maintained our properties are.  If it's broke, we fix it.  If we believe something is at the end of its usual life, we replace it..  We feel keeping our properties well maintained is a partnership with our Guests.  We WANT our  Guests to call/text/email us if they believe something does not work just right or they are unsure.

We are on-call 24 hours for emergency issues:  All water leaks, heating HVAC issues, etc. Emergencies are a phone call & text message to us.
